RAYMOND HORN, PHD, HSPP, ABPP
Dr. Ray Horn a Board-Certified Clinical Neuropsychologist in private practice in Indianapolis. For over 40 years he has been professionally involved in the assessment and treatment of cognitive, behavioral, and emotional consequences of brain injury and neurologic disease. Dr. Horn performs neuropsychological diagnostic assessments to assist neurologists, internists, primary care physicians, and other medical specialists in the diagnosis and treatment of patients presenting with cognitive symptoms. He provides neuropsychological treatment with a focus on managing and minimizing the behavioral and emotional effects of neurologic or medical disorders. These assessments and treatments are also provided to injured and/or disabled workers via the Workers Compensation system and Office of Vocational Rehabilitation.
In addition to his neuropsychological practice, Dr. Horn provides individual psychotherapy using cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, and psychodynamic approaches for adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, or major life changes or transitions. He provides consultations and expert testimony related to neuropsychological issues in both civil and criminal cases.
Dr. Horn is a member of the State Board of Psychology, and is a reviewer for board certification applicants for the American Board of Clinical Neuropsychology. He sits on the board of the Indiana Worker's Compensation Institute.
