In-Network

We are currently i n-network with the following insurance panels:

  • Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Medicare

  • Aetna 

 

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

  • Is pre-authorization required for my insurance carrier?

 

Please note: Despite being in-network providers with the above insurance companies, services including psychoeducational testing may not be covered by insurance as "medically necessary" services. Additionally, forensic/legal services and capacity evaluations are not billable to insurance. As a result, these services may be considered an out-of-pocket expense. 

Out of Network

If we are not in-network with your insurance, you will be responsible for the full fee at the time of service. If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance to be reimbursed for a percentage of the fee, based on what your plan allows.

Payment

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. 

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled session and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you may be subjected to a cancellation fee
